Half the fee confirms most bookings here, a first one included, and what is kept if you cancel follows the notice still left on the clock. Only a returning client's same-day hour or two is paid in full at the door.
The trams have stopped for the night, the bar signs along the canal are going dark one by one, and you write for someone within the hour. If a woman from this roster has visited you before, and tonight you want one therapist for an hour or two, no money moves before she does. Once the hour is confirmed in the booking conversation she usually reaches a central address forty to sixty minutes later, and the rate printed on her profile is paid in the room.
That returning client's same-day hour or two is the only booking on this page without a deposit. A first message from someone the house has never looked after carries one, even at two in the morning and even for a single hour: half of that hour's fee is paid before she leaves, and the remaining half is settled when she knocks.
A deposit of half the fee applies to every booking in the seven classes below. What they share is time held open for you well before the lamp goes on:
No surcharge is added for three in the morning, for a Sunday or for an address on the far side of the ring, so the deposit is simply half of the printed rate. A single client's overnight with one therapist splits into two equal halves, one before and one at the door. Keep two therapists until morning and half of that larger night is paid ahead. A couple sharing one therapist overnight pays twice the single overnight, and half of that is the deposit. One client with two therapists for three hours pays six single hours, half before she sets out and half on arrival. A couple booking a therapist each for two hours pays eight single hours, and four of them go ahead. Make a first booking ninety minutes long and the split is three quarters of an hour's fee each way.
Card is the first way to pay a deposit. Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency are accepted as alternatives for a client who prefers them. Cash does not work as a deposit, since cash only arrives together with her. Before she sets out, the booking conversation gives you in writing the exact sum and the way to send it. All prices on this site are stated in euro, and the euro amount is what the booking costs. The balance is paid when she arrives, in cash, by card or in crypto. A cash balance in another major currency is accepted, and the figure in that currency is put to you in writing before she leaves. The booking page shows the messages in order.
You never owe damages for cancelling a booking. The house keeps only that part of the fee which it has already earned when your cancellation reaches it. The notice you give sets that part:
Should another client take the hour you gave up, your deposit is repaid in full. You are free to show that the house lost less than it kept, and it then keeps only that smaller sum.
Picture a Saturday overnight with its deposit paid ahead. Cancel it on Thursday night and the whole deposit comes back. Cancel at six on Saturday evening, before she has left home, and one half of the deposit stays as fee earned while the other half is returned. Cancel while she is already crossing the bridges towards your door and the whole deposit stays, unless somebody else books that night after all.
Each booking can be moved to another date once without charge. Your request has to arrive in the booking conversation more than twenty-four hours ahead of the booked time. The new date has to be within fourteen days of the original one. If both hold, the full deposit travels with the booking. Any further move, and any move requested inside the final twenty-four hours, is weighed on the notice scale just as a cancellation sent at that moment would be. The share of the deposit that the scale leaves unkept is carried to the new date.
Where the house is unable to perform a booking, you choose what happens to the deposit. It can be repaid to you in full. It can also stay with the house against a new date, for however long you need to settle on one. If the woman you booked cannot come, you hear so as soon as the house does, and you either pick another name from the roster or have the deposit back.
Changes that start with you are another thing. A late dinner that became a later bar, a flight pulled forward, a friend who ended up staying the night, a mood that cooled by one in the morning: each of these is a move or a cancellation, and the scale above settles it.
A returning client who cancels a same-day hour or two before she has left owes nothing at all. If she has already set out, the house asks only for the part of the fee that matches the journey she has begun.
A booking made by message is a contract concluded at a distance. Dutch law sets out the rules for such contracts in Book 6 of the Civil Code, articles 6:230m to 6:230z. Those articles bring the EU Consumer Rights Directive into Dutch law. As a rule they give a consumer fourteen days to withdraw. Article 6:230p takes certain contracts out of that rule, among them services related to leisure activities where the contract fixes a specific date or period. Each booking here is for a named hour on a named day, which is the case that exception exists for. For that reason the fourteen-day right does not arise.
A same-day booking rests on a second ground as well. Before she leaves, you are asked to write in the booking conversation that you want the session performed at once. The same message confirms that you understand the fourteen-day right will not apply once the session has been performed. The remaining conditions of every booking are in the terms.
When you end a session early, the full fee remains due. The time was reserved for you, she travelled to you, and the minutes left over cannot be given to anyone else.
What a session includes, and where its limits sit, is for your therapist to decide. When her safety or her comfort is not respected, or a limit she has set is pressed, she ends the visit then and there. She has made the journey and reached your door by then, and the hour had been kept for you, so the fee for the reserved time remains due, with whatever was sent ahead going against it. No further charge is added to it.
These are the criteria for a false booking:
A plain missed appointment does not count as a false booking; the house treats it as a cancellation on the notice scale.
A short internal note is written when a booking meets one of those criteria, and when a visit ends because her safety or one of her limits was not respected. In it go the date, what happened, and the name and number used for the booking. Twelve months after it is written, the note is deleted. It never leaves the house and is never given to another person or business. It serves one purpose only, which is deciding whether to accept a further booking from the same person. The privacy page explains how to object to the note, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. If the events may amount to a criminal offence, the house may report them to the police.
A client who books under his own name and opens the door at the hour he chose will never come near any of this. The deposit on a first booking passes no judgment on a stranger writing after midnight; it holds the hour, exactly as it does on a regular's overnight.
