A move to three weeks later. You ask more than twenty-four hours ahead, but the new date is twenty-one days after the original. That falls outside the fourteen-day window. Choose a date within fourteen days, or treat the booking as cancelled.
What about a booking with no deposit?
The only booking taken with nothing sent ahead is a same-day session of one or two hours from a client the house has looked after before. Because it is same-day, there is rarely time for a move more than twenty-four hours ahead. If a booking of that kind is cancelled before she has set out, nothing is owed; once she is on her way, the house asks only for the part of the fee her journey represents.
