The first message, line by line

Deposits, the balance and how each is paid
Half of the fee is sent ahead to confirm several kinds of booking: the first booking any new client makes with the house, any booking made more than twenty-four hours in advance, every overnight, every booking with two therapists, every session of three hours or longer, every Schiphol or airport hotel visit and every booking on a peak date such as King's Day, Pride or New Year. That half moves by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto. It is never paid by bank transfer, PayPal or cash.
The one arrangement paid entirely on arrival is a same-day booking of one or two hours from a client the house has already looked after. For everyone else, the balance is simply the remaining half, paid to her when she arrives in cash of any major currency, by card or in crypto. Payment details only ever come inside the confirmed WhatsApp thread. A request for money from another number, by email or before confirmation is not from the house.
Deposits are not refunded. There is no sliding scale and no notice period that returns part of it. Genuine force majeure is turned into credit for a later booking rather than cash. One change of date is allowed: ask more than twenty-four hours before the booked time and choose a date within fourteen days, and the deposit carries over once. The wait before the knock
Forty to sixty minutes is enough to prepare without rushing. Shower. Turn the heating up a little, because lying still makes a body cool. Clear the bed and put a large towel across the sheet. Dim the lights and keep one lamp on. Put your phone on silent. Have the balance ready in the form you said you would use. Drink water rather than another beer; a clear head makes the hour better.
